I am pretty much in my last week in Laos and after spending more than a week in and around Pakse, exploring the area by motorbike, I am ready to relocate for the last time while being in Laos. I will head to 4000 Islands tomorrow.

From what I have heard from fellow travellers, 4000 Islands is a definite must-see in the southern Laos area. It seems to be a paradise like place with water, islands, waterfalls, dolphins (!) and hammocks. What I read about it really gave me the impression of this place being the perfect destination to end my time in Laos.

The minivan will pick me up around 8AM tomorrow, and the ride only takes 2:30h so I will still be able to enjoy the whole day there. I am not sure about the availability of Wifi in the area, but I will try to update my blog as usual.
